Platform Housing manages the scheme Brunswick House of Farlow Croft in Marston Green.

Brunswick House is a Retirement Living scheme with 32 self contained mainly one bedroom apartments.  Communal facilities include residents lounge, laundry room, guest facilities, gardens and salon for visiting hairdressers.  Often social activities are organised for residents to enjoy.

There is non-resident management staff and Careline alarm service. 

Access to this Brunswick house is fairly easy.  Great connectivity to local major transport links and about 2 miles from the town centre.

There there is a lift  up to the apartments on the upper floors.

Each apartment is self contained is unfurnished and briefly consists of 

• Kitchen
• Bathroom, many with walk in showers
• Lounge
• Bedroom
• Mainly electric heating
• Careline alarm service

There are restrictions on pets and may be considered on a case by case basis.

People in receipt of Housing Element of Universal Credit or Housing Benefit can apply.

First month's rent is payable at sign up.  Direct debit is the preferred method for ongoing rent payments.  Offer is subject to an affordability check.  Please note if you intend to claim UC/HB some services are not eligible for these benefits.  This includes £6.80pcm for the support charge and £12.91pcm for hot water to the apartment.

All apartments have Solihull council tax band A.
