Repairs text messages update

Please be aware that going forward, all customer text messages about repairs will be sent to you from Platform, rather than an individual mobile number.

This is to avoid confusion and enable you to recognise straight away that the text message is from Platform and contains important repairs information.

Getting in touch

If you are a Platform customer, the easiest way to contact us about a non-urgent repair or housing matter is via:

  • Your Platform - Customer Portal
  • Our Live chat and Chatbot - simply click the blue icon in the bottom right of our website page to talk to our Live chat advisors or Chatbot.
  • An online enquiry form - this can be found at the bottom of this page. 

Alternatively, you can contact us by phone on 0333 200 7304 - please note our call waiting times vary depending on when you call us. 

During busier periods we offer a call back service, where you leave your number and one of the contact centre team will call you back as soon as possible, usually within 60 minutes. If you do request a call back look for out the for the following number 0121 752 6194 to ensure you do not miss us returning your call.
