The village of Fernhill Heath is located on the A38 main road on the north-side of the City of Worcester beginning at the A 449 Northern Link road bridge crossing the A38 on Rose Bank to Hindlip Lodge and is approximately 3 miles north of Worcester and 3 miles south of Droitwich

If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.   

Please be aware Housing Benefit / Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.    

If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.
