You will be required to pay one month's rent in advance £667.10. The rent and service charges will be confirmed at the application stage. Applicants is receipt of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit are accepted and an affordability assessment may be considered.  

If you are successful, you will be offered a starter tenancy (assured shorthold tenancy) and providing that there are no breaches or issues with your conduct of the tenancy you may be considered for an Assured Lifetime Tenancy.   

The property will be let within accordance of our Lettings Policy and you will only be contacted if you are successful for the property, we are not able to contact unsuccessful applicants. 

Pets are considered in accordance with the Tenancy Management Policy.
