Platform Housing has a Retirement Living Scheme called Creighton House just of Frithville Road in the village Sibsey.
Sibsey is situated at the junction at the junction of the A16 and B1184 roads, 4 miles north from Boston in the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire.
Creighton House is a scheme that includes 12 fully self-contained studio apartments. Facilities include the communal gardens, residents lounge, and laundry room. There is non-resident management staff and Careline alarm service.
To be eligible you must be aged 60+ or 55+ if you are in receipt of personal independence payments or disability living allowance.

Please note that if you are claiming Housing Benefit or Housing Element of Universal Credit there are some service charges that would not be covered. These include a £99.04pcm for personal heating and an optional £6.80pcm charge towards the cost of a personal alarm. A lettings Officer can give you a full break breakdown of the charges of what is eligible for Housing Benefits payments. The preferred method of payment ongoing is via Direct Debit and we accept Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
Please be aware Housing Benefit / Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in, and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.
If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.
