The Hamptons is a Retirement Living scheme for people aged 60 plus or 55 plus if you are in receipt of PIP or DLA with 16 self contained one bedroom homes suitable for couples or single applicants. Communal facilities include residents lounge, laundry room, guest facilities and gardens. Often social activities are organised for residents to enjoy.
There is non-resident management staff and Careline alarm service.
The village is close just to the west of the River Severn. It can be a good base for walking and cycling. The cathedral city of Worcester is is a few miles down the road and the charming town of Droitwich with its ancient high street is close by.
There there is a lift up to the apartments on the first floor.
Each apartment is self contained is unfurnished and briefly consists of hallway, kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom with a walk in shower and 24 hour Careline alarm. Main heating has recently been upgraded to ground source heat pump
There are restrictions on pets and may be considered on a case by case basis.
People in receipt of Housing Element of Universal Credit or Housing Benefit can apply.
First month's rent of up to £612.25 ( some apartments may vary slightly )is payable at sign up. Direct debit is the preferred method for ongoing rent payments. Offer is subject to an affordability check.
