To be eligible you need to be aged 60 + or 55 + if you are in receipt of Personal Independence Payments or Disability Living Allowance.
Knight Court has 28, one bedroom apartments suitable for single applicants or couples. There is non-resident management staff and 24 hour Careline alarm service. There is a lift to get to the upper floors, dining room, communal lounge, laundry room, guest facilities and a salon for a visiting hairdresser. Residents can use these communal facilities and enjoy the beautiful gardens.
